Design & Application

“If you can imagine it, we can create it”

“Understanding the application, performance target in detail is our strength and transforming the idea to a feasible design with proper documentation is our core competence”

The major process elements are generally as under
  • Understanding and analyzing customer requirements and input data.
  • Performing detailed calculations (force, speed, machine kinematics) to determine required outputs such as pump flow, pressure, and control parameters
  • Converting calculated outputs into a hydraulic circuit design using customized software
  • Selecting components based on technical suitability, availability, and customer-approved brands (e.g., VOITH, NACHI, SUN, VIVOIL)
  • Preparing detailed General Arrangement (GA) drawings using INVENTOR software for customer approval
  • Incorporating customer feedback and finalizing design drawings
  • Creating and releasing part drawings for manufacturing
  • Designing manifold blocks using specialized software to ensure optimal wall thickness, low pressure drop, and efficient flow
  • Integrating designs with V-CAM for computer-aided manufacturing
  • Updating hydraulic circuits, bill of materials, and drawings to “as-built” status at dispatch/commissioning

State-of-the-art Engineering

The Manifolds are designed on a specialized software to ensure connectivity, wall thickness and full passage opening for reduced pressure drop.

Hydraulic Power Packs are completely designed on 3D platform to make sure that concept is visualized at the design stage itself. This approach bridge the gap between concept and actual product.
